NyKolus is my favorite driver because he is using the skills that were taught to him by his grandfather, my father. NyKolus has been in the trucking business since he was 5 years old as his grandfather’s co-pilot. He learned to shift before he could reach the pedal. It’s in his DNA. Great, fun, hard working are a few of the words I would use to describe our drivers. I enjoy getting to hear from them whether it be to make plans, answer questions, or fix problems together. So many guys have been eager to learn, improve and can take criticism to make those hard adjustments. I hope they know how much I appreciate what they do to keep America moving.

I would like to put a shout out to my husband Matthew Hipple, Glass Driver... he is very dedicated he spends 2 weeks out on the road sees his wife 4 days a month yes it's rough but it's a darn good company to work for and I appreciate all the drivers out there y'all need to be safe also would like to say to all the people behind the scenes the dispatchers the safety the VP of operations all of you including payroll anybody that sits in Fargo North Dakota or any of the other dispatching areas a huge shout out to you for keeping these drivers moving and keeping these loads going you all are fantastic and every one of you deserve a shout out
